There was a story Matt Lucas used to tell about him when they recorded Little Britain I recall. Where he jokes about Williams running around the set naked.

I wouldn't be surprised if he turns Gregg Wallace over what he's alleged to have done.

It doesn't strike me as a surprise with him. But it sounds like they've dropped him without any proper investigation which is ridiculous.

My kids have read some of his books. They're absolutely shite. Complete Roald Dahl rip-offs. I was more surprised he's sold as many copies as he has.

He's writing kids books, the publisher is well within its rights to conclude after an investigation wherever or not he's an appropriate ambassador for their company.
Like I said earlier, he's from an era of the laddette culture, where innuendo often went too far and celebrities believed in their own hype and some women were happy to play along.
The issue is the women who weren't happy to play along. People like Walliams werent used to hearing the word 'No'

He's claiming he hasn't been involved in the investigation which suggests it's not thorough at all. You have to give him the opportunity to give his side of the story. If you were dismissed at work because a load of people complained about you, but weren't given the chance to comment you'd be winning at a tribunal.

To avoid confusion I personally have no idea if the allegations are with or without merit.
I'm more than happy to wait and see what develops.
