Seems the plan now is khusanov on for Nico when game is won, khusanov to RB, push nunes to a double pivot with Bernardo or Lewis.
I'm fine with that tbh.
wonder what Khush would be like in a DM role.

Wonder no longer. He'd be horrible.wonder what Khush would be like in a DM role.
Defensively, he'll be good. As qn outlet for cohesion amd rotating the ball, he'll be average at best and diabolical at worst.wonder what Khush would be like in a DM role.
He's got a long, long way to go to be Rodri level but he's progressing very nicely. You can see when Rodri comes on, his radar is about a 40m radius whereas Nico is about 20. However, I don't think we'd be in contention without him though. Its a vital role in Peps team and we've finally found someone who can play it at the desired level besides Rodri. He’s not Rodri yet but he’s looking more like him every game. If he continues to develop at this pace he could be one of our greatest ever.
Btw, he’s 23, just think how he good he could be by the time he’s 29, Rodri’s current age.

He really needs to sort his passing out. I know we have been blessed in that position with what’s gone before him and maybe that skews opinion somewhat but he is far too slow and negative when he gets on the ball. Overall he has had a great season and for the most part hold ours midfield together but he needs to move the ball quicker and forward far more often than he does.Tough match for him
Yeah, he takes far too many touches at times, and today, he really got in his own head and spiraled a bit.He really needs to sort his passing out. Agree, saw him running back to put a tackle in, he made it, but looked absolutely exhausted. Definitely needs a rest, Rodri on the bench hopefully means that can happen soon. Think if we had been cruising, he would have been off with Nunes moved to DM and Rico at RB.Looking tired both physically and mentally, not remotely surprising and is doing well battling on. Did well to avoid a booking today, made a couple of silly early fouls and seemed like it was inevitable he'd pick one up for an accumulation of fouls. Still holding on to the idea we've got a midfielder lined up for very early January and we can get Bernardo and Nico the rest they desperately need.
you watched the one man against 5 midfield then in first half pep moved silva in to help second halfHe really needs to sort his passing out. He’s a million miles away from Rodri. Rodri offers goals, composure, assured passing and doesnt get caught on the wrong side of players. He’s not Rodri yet but he’s looking more like him every game. If he continues to develop at this pace he could be one of our greatest ever.

I thought we should have dropped Bernardo alongside him. Got the win so what do I know.Tough job as a solo against a physical and quick midfield.
Hopeless......he's not a good enough footballer (good at defending though).wonder what Khush would be like in a DM role.
He's at least as good as the first season Rodri if not better, and Rodri is my favorite City player atmHe’s a million miles away from Rodri. Rodri offers goals, composure, assured passing and doesnt get caught on the wrong side of players.
