If they introduced a rule that a player has to go off the pitch for a head injury assessment (like in other sports) Dorgu would not have gone down once.

I get the sentiment and i do think something needs to be done to stop the feigning injuries but not this. You're essentially punishing legit head injuries which in the overwhelming majority of cases wont be their fault and you'll encourage players who perhaps do have head injuries not to ask for treatment because they'll be out of action for however long.
