These pundits are so thick. Marmoush is not a winger. Savinho is nowhere near elite level. Semenyo is an obvious move and will start most games on the left or right, if they watched City they would know why Pep wants him. Semenyo is also a workhorse defensively. We need him. How do these morons earn a living without doing any research?
Where did the opinion regarding Sav come from, the match day thread I will wager…

This is a pedantic one

Sky sports have a headline ‘city frontrunners for Semenyo as Chelsea end interest’

Reads as though we have a chance because Chelsea have pulled out, rather than Chelsea have pulled out because the player has told them he wants City

If it was the rags or the dippers it would be ‘Chelsea snubbed as Semenyo sets his sights on on English giants’ or some other shite

I have witnessed virtually every second of every game Sav has played because I attend all home matches and most aways. He is fast and skilful but has very poor spatial awareness which is a fatal flaw at the highest level. His decision making is also very poor. I think he will have a solid career. But not at the very highest level. What worries me is, unlike Nunez, Sav has not improved despite being coached by the greatest ever manager. It’s just my personal view and perhaps I am wrong. For what’s it’s worth I thought Cole Palmer was a much better player and it was a big blunder to sell him.

The commentary was disgraceful.

Bemoaned that City scored with their first shot on target but never mentioned Forest doing the same. They were desperate for Dias to see red despite being booked when he was fouled. Never saw any of Jesus diving around & thought his foul on Foden, accidental so no red.

Then Cherkis winner went into overdrive but couldn’t find Murillo anywhere near the action so just talked about his ripped shirt. Even they ignored Gibbs White pathetic dive as a reason to rule it out.

I've just googled ominous as even the Guardian have used it to describe our win.....
'Giving the worrying impression that something bad is about to happen; threatingly inauspicous'

I love their pain.
Wankers
BBC Shamoon the rag buffoon must be on his jollies or sacked - but look at the line up of high end talent covering us now

Thanks for that. Thought it was just me that thought they were pro Forest.

Thought the main commentator was fine, personally. He's one of the best out there. Joe Hart all-but-celebrated our winner too

Think Lescott might've taken a blow to the head after the game so I'll let him off for thinking Cherki's goal should've been ruled out
