Moving for him after the arsenal games makes no sense, Bournemouth are dogshit they just got battered by Brentford 4-1 and are in freefall... Semenyo isnt going to win the game by himself

On the other hand we've got 3 games in quick succession after the NY, Sunderland 1st, Chavs 4th and then Brighton 7th before we finally get a rest vs Exeter

Getting him in first day would allow us to field him vs the Chavs and Brighton and that could be huge

We’ve got zero options off the bench when we’re chasing a game. Only way we turn this around without a quick fix like Semenyo is if Doku is back tomorrow. Without him, we’ve got no teeth upfront. It’s a proper tough run coming up, far too many fixtures to be relying on what we've currently got.

Mate, we have won the last eight games on the trot and Pep's use of subs has been excellent in helping us win those games. I think we will continue to win with or without Semenyo. I agree that we could do with some of our wounded back but hopefully Doku and Rodri are close.
