The Labour Government

Before I start, I'll qualify that this was all started by the Tories, so this is more of a "joint dig"...

Why the fuck are we importing scum like Alaa Abd El-Fattah and granting him British citizenship (under the Tories) and then the current Prime Minister (Labour) and home secretary give him a grand welcome....

He's:

*Never lived in Britain (questions about whether he's even stepped foot on these shores before)
*A known and convicted political activist
*Anti white
*Antisemitic
*Anti authority
*Social media posts threatening harm/death on the above

It seems he qualified for citizenship by default due to his mother being born in the UK but why the big welcome??

I’ve stopped being shocked at the level of stupidity of those who are meant to govern.

Good phone in on LBC about this ****. Half-jokingly the presenter said Bin Laden shouldn’t have bothered holing himself up in Pakistan; he should have just rocked up at Heathrow and…welcoming arms all round.

It’s no surprise that that cuckold Starmer and his sidekick Cooper is welcoming yet another Islamic extremist into our country.

There will be.

The usual Farage fuckers have made up their minds.

Not even Starmer would be that stupid to allow someone in with that record claimed by someone in a tweet with Israel in their name handle.
Maybe the FO need to be told:

A Foreign Office spokesperson said: “Mr el-Fattah is a British citizen. It has been a longstanding priority under successive governments to work for his release from detention, and to see him reunited with his family in the UK. The government condemns Mr el-Fattah’s historic[al] tweets and considers them to be abhorrent.”

On the face of it, yes. As was pointed out earlier though, there must be something we don’t know as, with Labour getting pelters from all quarters, this is too much of an own goal for them to do this so blatantly
Maybe he’s a Mossad double agent. Or maybe he’s just a hateful bloke. Or both.

Wonder why his nomination was withdrawn? Did the proposers not know everything?

The posts cost him a nomination for the European parliament’s Sakharov prize in 2014. The group backing him withdrew their nomination for the human rights award, saying they had discovered a tweet from 2012 in which he called for the murder of Israelis.

“this is too much of an own goal for them to do this so blatantly.”

Sadly, as a lifelong Labour supporter, I think this lot are more than capable of outdoing Willie Donachie.

"There will be." How can you be sure of that? El-Fattah is indeed a hater of Britons, Whites and Jews and has preached their deaths and replacement. His posts are archived here: https://web.archive.org/web/*/https://twitter.com/alaa/*

The government worked to grant him British citizenship while he was imprisoned so that they could pressure Egypt for his release, and the government itself has admitted to having pressured the Egyptian government for his release. Mysteriously, without carrying out even a simple Google/Twitter check on a prisoner they had worked so hard to free from a distant prison and bring to the United Kingdom for the first time in his life.

Why do some people have the habit of blaming everything on the far right instead of engaging in self-criticism and admitting that there are politicians who feel contempt for the history of the United Kingdom and would like to see a large part of its population made up of people who also dislike the country, in order to create a ‘diverse’ nation?

It is no coincidence that many direct actions by powerful figures contribute to the annual importation of thousands of people who hate the British people and their culture and only immigrate because they believe the British are easily manipulated and that they will obtain social benefits (Like it or not, that is the reputation the UK has had in recent years in poor countries)

As long as people fail to understand this, far-right grifters will continue to gain strength, because this is by far the topic through which they receive the vast majority of their support

Thank you for this post.

Very enlightening to me.

There must surely be more to this than we know.
There is. The problem, as always, is that certain people don’t want to get to the truth, they just want to be part of it.

I seem to remember that he was a peaceful protestor, against the dictatorship in Egypt (Mubarak), and also set fire to the HQ of the Muslim Brotherhood. Been arrested in Egypt multiple y times with many organisations calling for his release.

As far as I’m aware, he is a peaceful protestor who also hated what Israel were doing to Palestine.

Has he actually done any physical harm to anybody or is it those ‘hurty words’ that they keep talking about?

I wouldn’t know either way, I just find it implausible that a Government under so much scrutiny would do something as the headline suggests without on much more than we do.
