Haha, touche! Seems I struck a nerve. Lived in your head rent free that one hasn't it.

Been a long time since I did anything like that after learning what it did not only to me but the people around me, especially children being caught in the crossfire of it being sold. See the difference is Mr Bob, once I learn the details off stuff like that, where things come from, how they're made, I go out of my way to avoid those things or at least try to minimize the dent I make on society.

How was your Temu shite? Is it in the landfill or the sea yet?

I don't see the difference chap, just the usual hypocritical knee jerky reactions of excitable sausages on our Moon. The abject misery your drug infused antics caused to kids as young as six back in the day must make you absolutely recoil .. .. but nay mither because as you say your better now. Good man .. Keep it up.

Not Temu by the way but Amazon and the socks are on my feet ..not up my nose.

We're thinking of booking a winter sun holiday at half term and have been looking at Sharm El Sheikh but a couple of the messages in here have put me off it! Is there anyone who's been recently who can recommend it? My wife is wanting to go but I'm a bit wary of it. That said I didn't want to go to Kusadasi in Turkey last year and it was a great holiday.

We ren't a fan of the Canaries and wondered if there was anywhere else people could recommend? We're after a family holiday.

Hurghada would be a better choice over Sharm in my view

There's a huge difference between educating yourself about the harm your actions do to others and stopping than to keep contributing to the misery of children and women in sweatshops and factories

Your shite off Amazon is the same shite off Temu. Enjoy your socks. I'm sure you'll enjoy them far more than the poor sod who made them. Who ironically, probably doesn't have any.

Not too recent, went about 5yrs ago, stayed at Royal Savoy, it has a sort of precinct attached with lots of different restaurants. Only ventured out once, didn't like it at all, so stayed within the complex. Couldn't fault the hotel, also has the Savoy attached.

Also been to Hurghada but again stayed within the complex. If you like a wander about I think it's not the country for that. I'm happy lying about on a beach or by a pool, in fact if I stayed over the road from the pyramids I'd shut the curtains.
Not much help maybe but that's my view of Egypt.
 
try asking a Venezuelan what they think, if you dont now any I can arrange it, I know loads, I have been to 3 venezuelan weddings, the barman at our local bar is one, you should listen to what they say, why are they here not there?
you may not like the response.
 
Think this will be frst first year since I've been 18 I wont be able to afford one mid 40s now.

Never earnt as much just nothing left at the end of the month

All bills up mortgage up food up. Days out with kids £100 a pop. Never worried about money crap times sick of working to live holidays were my one treat . No idea hw anyone is affording luxuries at the moment
