Injuries 2025/26 | Rodri back in “partial” training

So what’s the plan then?

Do we act like Scousers now and send death threats to the Chelsea player he accidentally collided with or do we just move forward like normal people and wish Josko all the best at this difficult time for him.

You do you, mate

Is that 4/6 months out now for gvardiol?

Every year we have a defensive crises.

Really is time we move Ake/stones on and buy players that can share the role. Gvardiol should not have played. Why Pep didnt trust Khus is anyone’s guess? Anyway that another discussion. Huge blow.

I like the death threats option personally.

OMFG.

So sorry to hear that. Wishing your son a complete and speedy recovery!
Not my son, a friend of his. But thank you. This is the second in his group of friends that has had an injury requiring screws and 6 months of recovery. I see how hard it is mentally on “regular” young kids that love sports - even if they’re just high school athletes. I can’t imagine how hard that feeling of missing out is - both at city and his country - for Joško. I obviously dont even know him but it’s got to be so hard emotionally.

Do they put plates and screws in and take them out later to make it heal properly?
Depends on the fracture and how bad/displaced. Insert metal rod sometimes too.
If he could walk let’s hope it is a straight forward stable one needing a cast and rest.

I think we should offer Ake and Khusanov for sacrifice in the next match. Once they too are hospitalized then we can hire some more players for the ref and other teams to attack without any reaction,

Hopefully it’s not a distal tibia fracture (near the ankle) because they can be right bastards to sort out.
