Why don't they try Tommy Robinson as manager for a bit, he'd certainly get the right wing sorted out.

Just watched that Butt and Scholesy podcast then. Funny that they're saying the manager had been terrible and deserves to go but I'll bet if the likes of their mate Carrick takes over until the end of the season, they'll blame everyone but him when they're still not doing well.

They're another two that are stuck in the past with their DNA nonsense, especially Butt. Saying the manager needs to play the same way the dominant United side did years ago, like its gonna work today.

Imagine Dalglish and Co. trying of order Klopp to set up his Liverpool team in the same way they did when dominated an era decades earlier. Just as I hope none of ours ex players are piping up in 10 years telling the manager how to play the "city way". Just like i hope Pep wouldn't be hanging around like Ferguson is, acting like he's still the main man at the club.

All this knowing the club and understanding history in bollocks. I don't think Pep needed to understand City history. I doubt Mourinho gave a shit about Chelsea's "DNA".

Hire a quality manager, let them work and bring good players and you'll be fine, the rest is all a load of bollocks.

Scholesy?

Oh, it just keeps on getting better. They really haven’t learnt any lessons. Long may they continue harking back to a long gone past.

Complete with picture of the little gimp punching the air with joy! Imagine if this story was about us taking back a manager we sacked only a few seasons ago. Pretty sure the picture would be downcast players and pep with his head in his hands!

We should build a special section at the Etihad just for failed former United managers with their greatest quotes inscribed on them. It could be called the “give it to Giggsy” garden,
Surely that's what we're expanding the north stand for? Got to be future proofed if they continue at this rate of failed managers

Right....apologies if im wrong but as far as i can tell their current plan is to bring in a manager they sacked a couple of managers back as interim to end of season. He will presumably be replacing the interim they put in place yesterday? Then at some stage they will perhaps get around to getting an actual manager for next season? That about right? What could possibly go wrong.

Absolute joke of an article and club. The reason they will always struggle until the piss can dies.

Piss stone just doesn't realise writing this shite is part of their problems.View attachment 179528

A complete embarrassment of a club that can’t let go of one of the two decent managers they employed in the club’s history. Everyone else has been utter dog shit, why do they not learn from Taggert knocking round the corridors of power at the swamp has done nothing but hamper the club from moving on from his tenure in 2013. Why do they need him at the training ground? Football has moved on since he left so what sort it of insight could he give to any new manager.

Radcliffe coming in and trying guesswork at running a football club by employing two City employees to copy City’s homework is proving fruitless and they’ve had to resort to going back to their comfort zone of employing ex rag players. There is nothing to worry about these twats getting their next management appointment right.

They knew Amorim was on borrowed time and didn’t have the ear of a replacement and now have to write off a season whilst it takes place.

They’ve obviously turned a corner since then.
PEG was booted out of the rags in December 2018. More than seven years ago.

Since then, Littlewoods have actually won the League. Not once, but twice (I know), and we have won five more PL titles, including four in a row, and the European Treble.

And the rags have continued to decline.

Isn’t it brilliant?
