Pep to leave at the end of the season

Pep didn't choose utd, or Liverpool, or even arsenal for the main reasons of the football politics that comes with the job.

Having to manage the media expectations around those clubs, the shite spouted by the likes of neville and carragher filling the fans heads with bullshit (utd dna my arse). Having a board of owners that are so short sighted that they can't see the long term vision. Who instead listen to the media and ex players.

If Enrique goes to utd and all of that he will be a bigger fool than I thought

I'm not as convinced the city job post-Pep is anything like the United job post-Ferguson. United was crumbling from the inside and still is, held together by a cult of personality and *spits* a generational manager. City have best in class at every position, a patient ownership that maintain high but realistic standards, and a fan base that are still pinching themselves really. It's a dream job.

Indeed City's last 3 managers have won the tile. Those rag clowns have had 3 mangers win the title in their entire history.

I swear some of you think its still 2010
Steady on. No it isn't. I don't dispute our success, and the level the vermin have sunk to.

But some people like a project, and enjoy that aspect of a job. Maybe that appeals to Enrique. Who knows.

We are no longer a project or a sleeping giant. We are a machine.

That sir is an absolutely brilliant nugget of information. Am I going to have fun using that one !!

the thing that gives me pause is the vagueness of it, well placed sources outside the club who only spoke with the conditions of remaining anonymous to protect relationships say there is a growing feeling that this may be peps last season but no decision has been made.

Hes said a whole lot there while basically saying nothing.
Agent omar again

I'm convinced the club will ultimately want Kompany to take charge when his Bayern contract ends in 2029. Maresca could be the Pellegrini appointment who does a 3 year stint while we wait for the next longer term manager. Although I'd much prefer Pep signing a new deal.

We are making a mistake, Sean Dyche is available right now as we speak.
