I’m all for holding the government to account, but that should go for all parties who are vying for it as well. The BBC, and other to be fair, know Reform don’t stand up to scrutiny, so give them leeway to spout whatever they want.

I dont understand how she can still be employed by the BBC in a role meant to be "impartial" despite her history showing otherwise

Tonight its being reported that Reform London Mayor candidate is claiming its a smear campaign being waged against her 90 odd year old mum because she runs a business that .......... wait for it ......... runs a business that owns an hotel or hotels that house asylum seekers. I'd imagine a 90 year old woman running such a business is simply a name to register the business but if true it looks rather bad for the woman running on a ticket of closing migrant hotels is in such a situation ain't gonna end well. I expect Farage may revert to Mad Ant Middleton quite soon.
