Wolves will have seen the last two games and will be bang up for it. They’ve got a right meat head of a centre forward too.

Just trying to logically tell myself, that we'll have some players back for this game which will make a difference

Donnarumma, Nunes, Khusanov, Guehi, Ait Nouri, Rodri, Nico, Doku, Cherki, Semenyo, Haaland

Im probably miles off with that side, but I do want to see Nico alongside Rodri

---------Donna

Nunes - Guehi - Ake - RAN

....Rodri - Nico G

Semenyo --Cherki---Marmoush

------ Haaland

THats assuming Doku is injured as Pep alluded to

It’s the Forster day of the rest of the season
Get Semenyo, Marmoush, Ghiue in and hopefully Gonzalez is back

Must win and will win. No ifs no buts

Guehi and Semenyo coming in will give us a lift, and hopefully Nunes and Gonzalez will be available.

Would like to see some big changes, not just in personnel but also tactically. We can't keep playing this high line with no midfield cover, whilst passing it around aimlessly up front. Need to be far more solid and direct.
Like we were doing earlier in the season. All of our players are better suited to sitting that bit deeper and then breaking into space. United (h), Dortmund, Arsenal and Liverpool were all games where we soaked it up for a while and sprung up the field like scolded cats when the chance presented itself. Even Haaland's first v Everton, where O'Reilly bombed down the left and crossed it. It is also far more entertaining. Reverting to high-line, tedious bollocks possession-based football is killing us.

Sitting deep and breaking with speed suits Dias, Rodri currently, Bernardo, Gvardiol, O'Reilly, Guehi, Doku, Foden, Cherki, Haaland, Marmoush, Semenyo and Savinho. Pep thinks possession-based gives us control, but we spend more time sprinting towards our own goal than ever before. We don't have Silva, Grealish and De Bruyne anymore. Drop a few yards, contain the opposition and earn the right to attack - you'll see the team transformed.

Gigi
Nunes
Khusanov
Guehi
Ait-Nouri
O'Reilly/Nico
Bernardo
Semenyo
Cherki
Doku
Marmoush
Needs to be along these lines.

Rodri, Foden, Reijnders, Lewis and Haaland warrant being dropped / rested.

Give Ait-Nouri an opportunity in his rightful position and get Nico O into the centre of the park.

Hopefully the new signings and a few back from injury to help us dig out a result here. Wolves playing with new found belief in the last few weeks.
