Stones, Bernardo and Ortega are obviously the easiest.
I think a candid chat with Ake and Kovacic probably sees them move. Of course they don't have to go, but they probably want to be playing football with the short amount of time they have left in their careers. Gundogan got the hint last summer, so these two might feel the same if told they're no longer in the plan.

Savinho has supposedly been open to moving to Spurs. If they come back in then I think we might accept but I'd say he's 50:50.
That just leaves Phillips and Lewis. They're the toughest to move on. Phillips is on too good money. He'd be giving up a fortune and doesn't seem remotely arsed about playing. Lewis might want to play more football but is at his boyhood club on a good, long contract. Might need to be told he's no longer in the plans.
