Kick off time 16:30 GMT.

Start of a tough week, got the 2nd leg against Newcastle on the Wednesday following this and then across to Anfield on the Sunday.

Got a few players back for this, so we should be stronger.

This is a must win for me with Liverpool following it. It wont be an easy game, it never is.

We've had some good recent results down there but they're still a bit of a bogey side for us. They are 14th though!

-------------Donnarumma
Nunes--Khusanov--Guehi--O'Reilly
-------------Rodri----Bernardo
Semenyo----Cherki----------??????
----------------Haaland

Stuck on the 11th player. Was hoping Doku is fit but Pep has said he has a calf injury and will probably be out. I was thinking Marmoush but we might go more defensive.

Spurs are struggling with injuries themselves at the moment despite beating Frankfurt tonight.

Spurs are without Maddison, Kudus, Betancur, Davies, Bergvall, Richarlison, Porro, Kulusevski.
Van Der Ven is touch and go.

They set up like this against Frankfurt:
-------------------Vicario
------Palhinha--Romero--Danso
Spence---Sarr-----Gray------Udogie
-----Odobert--Muani--Simons

Gallagher may come into that.

We have to get the tactics right, we might need to sit a little bit deeper, stop them hitting us on the break like United kept doing.

Agree with the above team. I’ve gone draw as I did on Saturday and tonight and we won both 2-0, so hoping for same again.

2 huge games coming up , need 3-4 points from these games.

If we're going to win the league we need 6. This is the worst Spurs and Liverpool teams in 10 years, and while Arsenal are wobbling (I think they'll drop points at Elland Rd) we need to capitalise.

Most of all we just need to put a run of 7/8 wins together and the season will all fall into place.

I also did it in 2019 for the last 13 games of the season… you owe me a beer

Well before we get too carried away, how many games have we lost after you voted for a draw?

Not convinced you're Paul the Octopus reincarnate yet.

never win at anfield and Liverpool isnt that bad imo, definetly a much better team than Tottenham. Need a huge amount of luck to come away with 6 points, cause this is one of the worst city teams also in the last 10 years.

I think this is gonna be a tricky game for us .... not least because we don't seem to function well half the time in Sunday fixtures ..... Tottenham had a morale boosting win in Frankfurt tonight, and have Solanke back in the team, Richarlisson is always a goal threat too, if he's fit ...... we, on the other hand, are developing a worrying habit of only playing for 45 minutes a match, which is hardly convincing, and it will probably be exactly the same when we go to Tottenham.

It's probably safe to say that I'm fearing the worst !

Just added to the OP, it's the tactics we have to get right the most.

They will sit and counter, similar to United, can't get sucked into that again.

We'll be lucky to come away from these two games with any points, never mind six !

Could really do with van der ven not making it. Hopefully their fans aren't mega up for it for obvious reasons

Foden can't start. Was hoping Marmoush would have done better tonight, but hopefully semenyo, cherki or haaland can make the difference.
