Any chance they'll keep it as a 12.30pm kick off? Seeing as Newcastle play Qarabag at 5.45pm not 8pm. I'm clutching

It pisses me off when a game gets moved from Saturday lunchtime because of a Wednesday away game in Holland or Belgium.
But I can’t begrudge this one, even for an early kickoff. It’s a six hour flight to Baku.

Another game I'll be missing so. Hotels expensive and had already booked flights for a 12:30 kick off. Thank fook I have the 10 home games in the bag already

Fucks sake! Another ticket going onto the exchange and they wonder why people get pissed off. While not a fan of 12:30 kick offs they're at least more easily achievable with transport etcetera i absolutely hate 20:00 ones.
At least we are home for this one, but that is small consolation. That 8pm in Sunderland on NYDay was a pi££ take. Nice folk but godawful place to get to either by car or train.

I hate the 12.30 KO more than the 8pm. Again we were shafted 27 December with that early KO in Nottingham. Again not a quick place to get to.

I had to travel to both places frequently when I was working and I loathed both trips, although Sunderland was far more scenic.

Either way though messing around with ko times really illustrates zero fecks given for supporters.

Guaranteed refund game as well. Can see a few cashing in.

Think we’ve only played one at home before against Newcastle at the start of the 23/24 season, once every couple of seasons isn’t too much of an imposition but understand it causes problems for some supporters.

It causes even more problems because some people plan things in advance, like booking trains, flights, hotels etcetera. It's already been selected for tv and an early kick off so people don't expect it to be changed again unless weather cancels it. Tough on Newcastle but shit happens, we've suffered ourselves, it should have remained at 12:30.

Not quite true. This was stated it was going to move times to 8pm from the outset if either us or Newcastle were away on the Wednesday before in the CL Play-Offs. It isn't right or fair but they did make it clear
