It was exactly the same in 2018, 2019 and 2021. We played London clubs each time and turned out fine.

I agree though, it really isn't fair having the game played in London when there is a team from the capital competing in a final.

Future Carabao cup final.

If the FA sanctioned it.

A possible new 100,000 new capacity stadium in Trafford stadium for the final.

Would you go?

The days of Frank Swift ,Eric Brook and Matt Busby.....and unfortunately for us; Dixie Dean (0-3)

Edit: just double checked..and our keeper was Langford not Swift in the 1933 final.
Swift took over mid way thru the next season ( 1933-34) ad was in goal on our immediate
return to Wembley for the 1934 Cup final v Portsmouth.

Naa I’m not buying that. It’s a neutral venue and there will be 10s of thousands of City supporters there.

The crowd support isn’t going to play a significant part as to who wins the match

This is going to be an interesting final. The vitriol between the clubs and fans are at an all time high. An iota of decency happens because Arteta and Pep are such great mates.

If we smash those bottling cunts, we have an opportunity to derail their season and the day after would be so much pretty with their crazy ass fans and their rampant crying and conspiracy theories.

But Man if we lose and these attention thirsty arseholes get to touch some silverware after 6 years. They are gonna be relentless and I would have to uninstall both Instagram and twitter and so would some of our players as i always find these lots inside our players post.

The post I was responding to specifically asked about number of visits we’d made to new Wembley not including the Spurs games.
And I’d personally not count them anyway. Those were games played at Wembley as a consequence of circumstances rather than achievement and if you include them in total games every club has played there, it would keep Spurs artificially at the top of that list for quite a few more years.

This will sell out the demand by the tourists will see to that!! This is the biggest game in prem terms there is at the moment. Throw in its a cup final in London and the tourists will be out in their droves.

Let them they are throwing money at our “dodgy finances” they still won’t get a ticket.

Will be match day members with x amount of points then ones with purchase history. They believe social media that we don’t have a following etc. we always sell out for finals. Got more people asking me for tickets to this than the palace final already.
 
Those £100+ tickets are ridicules to go to Wembley support a club now you have to sacrifice so much if you earn an average wage..
