Not the first time that a team selection seems odd.

Personally never understood the purchase of Ait-Nouri, and my Wolves supporting friend says he is poor as a defender.

Who’s supplying the pass through the lines? We know RAN & NOR can carry the ball but can they play the right final pass?

we only ever play walking football recently, we jog out of defense and then stroll about until we lose it.

Wednesday 1st half was first time we have used quick movement and we looked. great, then reverted to the meandering again.

Cherki is a bit of a luxury player at the moment. First half we need to battle. He can then come on and win the match for us

NO CHERKI IN A FRONT 3 FULL OF Runners who can’t create for themselves, a midfield that has very little creativity. I honestly can’t deal.

Honesty, I get what you’re saying about Cherki away at anfield loosing it.

But playing that front three is way more risky in my eyes.

Marmoush for me has been poor and Semenyo is instantly unstoppable despite his overall performances being underwhelming.

A front three who will give it away over and over again.

I’ll try and help you then son.

3 in midfield consisting of 3 controlling types.

It’s a be solid, control the midfield set up designed to deal with their counter attacks.

Keep a clean sheet/the score down then go for it last 20 with Foden and Cherki.
 
This has got disaster writ large all over it imo.

I never expect anything at Anfield but it would help if Pep would actually think about the players he chooses to field.

I'm 68. 2 wins in my lifetime, I did actually witness one of them, never been back to that pit since.

I will get a pilon but I'm going a large loss 1-4.

There is zero creativity in the team and whilst I like Kush and Guehi, I worry re Alt Nouri against the diving Eygptian.

Roll on 6.30pm, let's get this over with.
