I dont think its the lack of touches, its he isn't even scoring anymore, that chance in the first 3 mins should have been buried, he had time to lift that over the keeper, Haaland with confidence finishes that, we looked a lot better against Newcastle going forward when he was on the benchLook I have my criticism of Erling but I wish people would stop harping on his lack of touches.
The game we play is specifically designed to minimise his touches.
Pep Guardiola does not want Erling Haaland getting loads of touches on the ball. He has set this up on purpose.
