What a huge relief to see the pitch-side monitor showing what it did - at that stage I didn't know whether the previous scramble in our box was still being VAR'd and could imagine it being a penalty then 3-1 becoming 2-2 just like that.
That 2-touch stuff in the first half was brilliant. Where's that been? Liverpool couldn't live with it.
Another City-based highlight for Sky to use when selling their global TV rights. Just hope they appreciate it...

I’ll be the first to admit I was complaining about haaland doing f’all and fair play made me eat my words. Can’t believe we won that in the end. Referee was so poor. Absolutely buzzing after that end to the game to beat them.
