45 | Abdukodir Khusanov - 2025/26

So now Dias (treble winner) is not good with the ball, or in the air, and he isnt fast. Can someone tell me what he is good at ?

Imo he is good at everything, not great at anything specific. Great leadership qualities and lot of intangibles.

Pretty much the same as Guehi.

Cmon tacticos . Enlighten me ....
He has everything Guehi has with a little less speed

For Liverpool, a solid defense with Khusanov's speed, Dias and Guehi's character, and the freedom for O'Reilly and Nunes to provide crosses and attacking threat.

Nico Gonzalez and Rodri in midfield, and an attacking trio of Cherki, Semenyo, and either Marmoush or Haaland.

It's a very balanced starting eleven, considering current form and availability.

......... khusanov....días..... Guehi.....
Nunes....................................... O'Reilly

... Khusa... Dias.....Guehi.....
Nunes..............................Nico O
.............Nico G....Rodri..............
..................Cherki..................
......Semenyo........Haaland

Theoretically, i love the idea. In practice, we'd have to see how it plays out.

One of our most solid players this season alongside Bernardo and Donnarumma. Looks like he's playing for the badge, not afraid to put a strong tackle in. Undroppable imo.

Would love to see this tried out. Wouldnt work all games but on paper could for some games.

Poor again, completely ball watching when Ekitike put that header wide. Seems to have a bit of Kyle Walker about him where if he only has one thing to focus on he is brilliant but his general reading of the game isn't the best.

Khusanov is a warrior, his self-sacrifice was passed on to the team

How so? We conceded from a FK.

Ekitike wasn’t even Khusanov’s man, Guehi clearly tells him to cover Wirtz which he does until he realises that Ait Nouri is running in treacle trying to track Ekitike back and he tries to get in his way.

Blaming him for that is absolutely crazy.

He was absolutely brilliant, again. He was in front of absolutely everything, again. And once again the only reason he’s made to look bad is because he’s covering for his teammates.

Immense before the injury. Wish others (Marmoush!) had his sort of bravery.

Going to miss his recovery pace for however long he’s out for.

Also his “weakness” of playing on the ball is complete horse shit. Some of his long bqlls in the first half were a thing of beauty.

No doubt whatsoever, he’ll be the best in the world in no time.
