Liverpool (A) | PL | Post Match Thread

Unbelievably lucky, scored two goals from absolutely nothing after getting bummed all second half for the 10th game in a row.
I dunno. We weren't as good in the second half as we were in the first but our goal was hardly peppered was it. We definitely have improvements to make but that was a step up from Spurs last week and an even bigger step up from Anfield last season.

Our first league double over Liverpool since... the 1970s?

Fantastic result..well deserved too.
Bernie is amazing..we look so much better with Guehi in defence..hope Khus is ok..
What a fucking save from the Don.. world class
Big Erl took his penalty so calmly.. hopefully his confidence will improve now..
Loved the fans reaction to the goals. Great support lads n lasses

Dont give me this shite bout following the rules, they administer them to suit if they don't explain to me how dalot stays on the pitch against us and romero gets sent off yest.
Yep , just give the fucking goal , they committed the first foul and the ball went in the net . No need to disallow or send him off , only fucking nerds and box tickers are satisfied by the shit we saw today .

Monumental win.

Whether it will prove to have any lasting significance is for another day but with players coming back and to come back from injury, there is plenty for City to play for.
It has to have or should have ,but yeah, only time will tell. That second half we struggled again with intensity, but finally fought back and won.. Oh and what a free kick that was.

You dont like the rules mate, Var got it right. Not sure how you would word a change in rules for what just happened. Anyhow a win at Anfield gtfi.
Bollocks mate

Loads of reasons to let that go

Advantage, benefit to the attacking side, off the ball, their keeper in our fucking half!

It was unecessary, Laws of the game or not.
