As @WickyWain said, the date Arsenal are using is unavailable due to Palace’s Conference League commitments. In all honesty, I’d rather have those two weeks without midweek games to give us time to recover after the hectic recent schedule.
At the moment, possible dates for the Palace game are these midweeks:
21/22 April
12/13 May
19/20 May
There may be other options if ourselves and Palace both exit the UEFA competitions sooner rather than later.

Possible it could be one of the FA Cup weekends if we get knocked out. March 7th or April 4th
 
According to the premier league fixtures on sky and bbc. The wolves arsenal fixture has been rearranged for wed feb 18th. so there in reason for us not to play palace that week?

My rationale for April 22nd on the previous page is that Arse at home is bound to move to Sunday 19th at 4.30 on Sky, thus removing Tues 21st. The two midweeks in May will be reserved in case we get the the FA Cup semi and final in order to accommodate the fixtures that would move as a result. I do accept that the 5th round or QF weeks are also possible if we get knocked out v Salford (perish the thought) or the 5th round.

Palace have Conference League playoff round games on 19th and 26th February.

I suspect early March but bear in mind that there may well be a few ifs and buts should we progress to the CL QF, the dates of which won’t be confirmed until after the round of 16 second legs on 17/18 March. Games provisionally scheduled for Sunday may be moved to Saturday if there are CL commitments on the following Tuesday.
Even if we go out of the CL, the Chelsea and Arsenal games may well be impacted if they’re involved.
 
If we get knocked out of the FA Cup at Newcastle does anyone know if there’s a contingency to play the postponed Palace match weekend of the 4th April (FA Cup quarters)?

That may well be in place but clubs generally don’t announce provisional fixtures publicly if it’s dependent on going out of a cup competition as that gives a perception of negativity. In other words it’s the opposite of the Wolves v Arsenal game which Arsenal made public when still provisional as it was going to happen should they reach the final which is how it panned out.
If it’s happening, we probably won’t be told until a few days after the Newcastle game which would still give everyone the best part of four weeks notice.
