City bus scheme for home games

Sounds like a bad night for the buses but in my opinion shows up the state of Greater Manchester’s roads. 7:30 ko is a dreadful idea for City matches, it’s putting people off going. 8pm might make it harder for people getting home after the game but you at least know the situation and can make a judgement call on whether to go, but earlier than that and it’s just pot luck if you hit rush hour traffic, it ruins the night from the off.

(That’s not the reason I’m not there tonight though, I’m away on business).

Really sorry again for the delays you have all experienced tonight. The traffic has just been terrible everywhere. It looks like those of you who are still on buses aren't to far away, so I hope you all get in on time and enjoy the game and have a smoother journey home!

@matchday bus. After a match, around this time of the night, you used to find me moaning on the tram thread. Delays, overcrowding, getting wet walking to and from the tram stop on and on like a stuck record

Thanks to your excellent service I am already home with a brew and chocolate biscuit. Ta.
