A mate has bought extra tickets (3) as season ticket holders could do for this match

He not received any email tickets from the club to send on

In his account when he logs on tickets are there but the people he bought them for are not members

Can you not send them on to non members despite being allowed to buy extras

The page before you pay you select the email address you want them to go to. You can select any you have used before or anyone on your F&F so could have sent somewhere different.

I bought 2 extra ones and immediately after buying got an email with a link to the tickets.

You’ll find that to transfer the ticket, they’ll need an active supporters number account. IE a membership.

Not for Salford it is general sale.

I think it’s general sale re. buying from the Club and there are still some ticket transfer restrictions. That was the case against Fulham even though it was advertised as general sale. Maybe the Salford game is different?

If you go on and buy it lets you send to any email address you want if F&F or any past F&F you sent to, as well as your own email address.

I think the issue is if the OP chose the wrong address at that point.

There are still restrictions from buying (needs to have bought a home ticket on record), but once anyone gets the email they could forward it to who they liked. So a ST holder can buy and then forward to who they want. I did it a few times.

There may have been more restrictions earlier in the sales process - but once it went to multiple buys they were lifted.

My advice to the OP would be find out where they were sent after checking junk. 3 years ago all tickets went to junk after not doing for 20 years.
