The British Monarchy | Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor arrested for misconduct in public office

Lol. On his birthday too.
Abolish the monarchy.

This bit is fascinating to me because you kind of assume if the police were going to arrest him it would all be very staged and arranged with the Palace, but they'd never do it on his birthday if there was any level of cooperation between the two.

So - misconduct in public office - not the nonceing that has been known about for decades - its Al Capone isn't it?

The CPS “dreaming up a new revised law, as the old one/or there wasn’t one of ….“misconduct in public office”

Misconduct in public office will be for him sharing files with Epstein. If guilty can be years inside given the nature of what he shared being of national security.

Nobody really knows what he has been arrested for yet, I can however see a mysterious death occurring whilst in custody.

He's fucked. The royals need to cut him off completely or he will being them down too. I expect them to totally wash their hands of him now.

Presumably they'll need him to plead guilty to avoid a trial and all the extra evidence that would come out in it.

I have a suspicion the minimum sentence is going to be more relevant than the maximum...
