It's damn intentional.

If you aren't white.. it's really no point living in America.
The cops shoot you.. you can do nothing.
The racists shoot you.. you can do nothing.
Ice deports you.. you can do nothing.
SCOTUS gerrymanders you.. you can do nothing.

and somehow they still manage to blame everything on the trans people who aren't the government!
