The increasing evidence is Arsenal are no better than us and may be worse. Without atrocious ref decisions at Newcastle, Scum and Spurs we would be top with a game in hand
 
Personally I don't think that we will win it this season!

We have taken 13 points out of a possible 24 since new years day!

I would gladly swap the 3 point gained at Anfield for the 6 we threw away against Brighton, Chelsea and Spurs!

We are in this title race by pure luck at the moment!

If this City team want it, they know what to do!

We don't need to get drawn into all the drama and emotion that Arsenal create!

We are all buying into the Media narrative by laughing at Arsenal, and taking the piss. Just ignore them and get our own job done!

No we are not. I have been saying we have been playing shit all season and there is not a chance in hell we are going to win the league. I stand by it.

Arsenal have also taken 13 points from the last 24.

The media narrative has been that Arsenal are the pre-eminent side and that this Manchester City side is not as good as it was. I believe that this fitted the start of the season but that City are a developing side. We recently signed Guehi and Semenyo which significantly strengthened City.

You can't stop City fans getting excited by seeing Arsenal crumble. Pep's focus will be on the next game.

Our let down has been our defence in transition , with Rodri improving , Dias fit and Guehi a superb signing i think the criticism of our defending will change , we always score goals , its keeping them out that has been the problem.
We have conceded three goals more than the Goons "best defence in the world" , i think our defensive improvement makes this a genuine title race , because the Goons are not as good as the media are proclaiming to be.
 
Well; we're obviously in a better position than we were a few weeks back. Or, to be honest, where I thought we'd be at any point in the run in. The Tarqs have Spurs tomorrow and Chelsea (?) next weekend. While we have the barcodes tonight, and a trip to the land that the 20th century bypassed next weekend. If we can get two wins (next weekend won't be easy, particularly if their fans stop pointing at passing planes and get behind their team) and Arsenal don't get 6 points, we'll be in a promising position.
