Must admit I was one of those who rang up. My main fear was that I'd accidentally deleted the email from them by mistake. It was Friday morning when I rang and they said they should be sent out by Monday. Hopefully we'll get them today sometime.

If one person phoned up the club they’d struggle to get through due to the totally unfit for purpose customer service dept. Just another example of the contempt in which the board hold the fans

I’m not in an OSC so unsure of the process but don’t think I’d want to communicate with whoever wrote that email. Jumped up and condescending spring to mind
 
The problem was that not everyone was sent that message. So when the game was shown as sold out and we'd not heard anything (which is unusual) I started to think there might have been a technical hitch or maybe I'd deleted the email by mistake, which can easily happen.
If everyone affected had been sent this information last week then nobody would have needed to ring anyone.
 
Anyone in an OSC branch heard anything about paying for their reservation yet? Message that came out last week said it was likely that Saturday would be the day when an announcement would happen, but that day has been and gone.

AGAIN not everyone received the email
Typical of our ticket office.
When my season tickets got changed to block 111 (formally 211) I got loads of know it all replies on here saying read the emails about new ground layout. I never received the emails until I phoned up and enquired.

The soccerball commentary on some of the American channels can be like awesome and they kind of like speak a like form of like English.

Had nothing yet either hoping it’s tomorrow just trying to be patient at this point but can’t say I’m not a little worried

It's two weeks tomorrow since our branch's allocation was confirmed - never usually takes anywhere near this long. Bizarre

Just seen there’s still a few accessible spots still Ive had issues with getting them in the past as I need a frame to get around so might see if i can get one if I can
