You're angry we didn't do anything for the Palestinians, and angry we've tried to help the Iranians?
'Tis an odd stance you hold.
Here’s how to help the Iranians:
Don’t start the US economic sanctions on Iran that directly affect the Iranians.
Deal with the Iran government, not the Iran people.
Iranians are protesting because of the inflation and economic crises, not because of religious taboo.
The Iranians can fend themselves to be more religiously liberal as generations evolve and they are doing just that as the morality police is losing and liberalism improving. That’s not what the protest is about. The protest is about hardships and economy crises.
What they don’t have control over is the economy, particarly when a few outsiders have tight strangehold over them. This is Venezuela 2.0. Like Venezuela, it wasn’t internal strife, it was outsider intervention.
Of course Iranians protests. They have sudden very limited water, very limited electricity, very limited Internet, banking is limited, flights are limited.
When did the US start the first sanction on Iran. 1979. What did the US do on Iran’s economy? They froze Iran’s asset of US$12 billion. That was the first sanction. The sanctions became more and more for the 40+ years after. What country can prosper when they are not given the chance to?
