A tourister view from two sides of countries that have economic sanctions. It seems that with sanctions come economic crises, with economic crises come people becoming poorer, with poor people come protests.

You're talking about occupied Palestine, i'm talking about Israel, as he was. Israel does not "only allow Jews" the vote. Every legal citizen has the vote in Israel. Occupied Palestine is a compeltely different matter and not what i'm referencing.

They are prepared to take that risk, because the alternative is that they could always stay at home like good little obediant Regime loving sycophants, obeying the regime's interpretation of Islamic law, not dressing immodestly, not consuming alcohol, not dancing or showing joy, not being anything other than Muslim or following any other faith, lest they are imprisoned, tortured and murdered, usually in that order, like they have been doing to them regardless, for 50 years.

They been killing people for decades. Now that the orchestrator of their pain and misery is gone you're going to be the one to tell them 'no, dont do that, they might kill you!' when they have this chance of reclaiming their own livelihoods?

I am perfectly aware of Israel allowing the vote to all it's inhabitants. But I submit it has a responsibility to the people it is occupying.
