Season Tickets - 2026/27 | Renewal deadline Fri 5th June

Maybe but the expanded North Stand is the first opportunity in years for younger Blue families to sit together for Prem games. City’s analysis may show there is significant demand amongst these fans that might fill many of the extra seats, particularly, given the increase in season cards / flexis.

Games have taken longer to sell out this season and the Ticket Exchange has seen excessive levels of use for lower profile, guaranteed refund games, but is demand falling, except compared to the treble and following season. Maybe City Matters has the stats.

A lot of posters report that parks are full of
Kids having a kick about in City shirts. Many of these Blues haven't had regular opportunities to go to games.

I really hope all of that is correct and I agree the parks, not just in Manchester, are full of kids in City shirts. I just wonder why that is not translating into ticket sales/demand we have seen previously. The 2022/23 treble winning year should have been another launch pad for a further spike in demand, not the fall off we have seen.

Part of the reason crowds are dwindling is we have no one who people really want to see or at least pay what is charged to see

Haaland looked to be it but right now it is stale

Grealish was another fans wanted to see and KDB

Who now excites anyone, Cherki maybe but Pep has him in and out of the side

Prices going up, hospitality announced to those in there for renewals, and prices are up all across. Don't know what % though. Those in Joes and Kits can probably confirm - compared to their last season prices? Here are the prices being quoted for next season:

Joes Hospitality Adult Price - £2,180 per person = 19x Premier League games and 3x Domestic Cup + no food and drinks included

Kits Hospitality Adult Price - £2,394 per person = 19x Premier League games and 3x Domestic Cup + no food and drinks included
When was Joe’s advised? I’ve not had any renewal details/information

We’re struggling to sell out for quite a few games and we have over 6,000 new seats to sell. Surely if the club had any common sense they wouldn’t increase the prices…
There should be zero increase and thousands more at the cheaper South Level 3, top half of the tier, pricing of £450.

The new North Stand should have thousands of these at that price available.

Also heavily discounted cup tickets for season ticket holders too.

They won’t do that though. Soriano would rather the ground be 2/3 full and make a fraction more money.

Pretty sure that's the same as last season. But it specifically says "no food and drink included", not sure if that's a typo but it currently includes hot drinks, soft drinks and beer/wine at halftime
Currently you get a voucher for a free drink. Beer, Cider, Wine or soft drinks.
However received this on Tuesday… unlimited free hot drinks going forward :-)

I’m more concerned re me and my sons being close to not have met requirements for attendance due to mainly work commitments/stupid ko times.although trying to relist ticket it didn’t always sell and I gave up on the family friends option as to much of a faff . It used to be miles easier when you could transfer it last minute to someone who was available. Don’t want to stop going but if city carry on in recent vein then may have to call it a day .

i think when it doesnt sell on the exchange it counts towards the games required

My guess would be 5% increase minimum and the rules relaxed around transferring and 10game minimum attendance to take peoples mind off the 5% increase. They’ll make it out as sorry about the increase but look what we are going to do for you to offset that. But in reality they’re just fixing their own fuck up

Tbh I can see them pulling back on that 10 game minimum attendance. Can you imagine them taking a couple of 1000 season tickets back plus 6k new seats and already not filling the ground.

I think the club think if they take someone’s ticket off them because the couldn’t attended that they’ll jump at the chance of a flexi ticket when most will probably tell the club to go fuck themselves

Next season we could see a few flexi ticket holders on big points “IF” city start taking season cards back of if people chose to drop down I wonder where they will stand in the points criteria will it be

There will be over 7,000 additional seats next season, not 6,000 as stated above. The planning permission was for 7,910 additional seats.

To be eligible to buy a Flexi Season Ticket for the 2026/27 season. "Fans must have purchased general admission tickets for 35 individual home men’s matches (any competition) across 2023/24, 2024/25, and 2025/26 (mancity.com).

City intend to sell at least 4,000 new flexi season tickets but I think they should have opened a season ticket waiting list as the construction started.

35 games over 3 seasons? That's more than some long-term SC holders will have attended and paying ad-hoc for all those games would have cost a fortune.

The criteria isn't getting new fans involved so there'll still be another 7k seats to fill. It's just allowing some regulars who haven't got a SC to get one.

So not in anyway really addressing anything to do with new fans/getting kids involved.

Wonder what the master plan is from City to fill the ground for as many games as possible as this definitely isn't it.

Can’t help with any clues about what’s in store but last year, details were released on 17th April.
On my Birthday the swines, I can stand a small price increase but it is the Gods awful Metrolink that will eventually finish me off.

P.S. - Whatever the % increase is it will not be as much as the Trafford Council tax is, the robbing bastards.

That offers nothing to those of us who attend every home game though.

I just don’t know what extra opportunities juniors have had to get into the ground. Especially, when most of the family stand seems to be filled with adults.

The flexis may have helped a bit and could help more when the numbers expand. We will have a better idea next season. We’ve had domestic home cup games that’s helped a bit

It’s all a bit confused. It seems that some disenchanted long term fans have been reducing attendance as well banned Blues. We’ve even had the bizarre situation where “influencers” have bragged about not making spares available for other fans. The voices of the people took up free tickets in corporate hospitality!

Flexi and season tickets count the same for any ticket selling criteria because they are both season tickets the only difference is how you pay for them, I have had both.

Got told of a woman who’s been a season ticket holder over 20 years has had her ticket taken off her due to the new 10 game rule, apparently she’s pregnant and due to circumstances unable to attend this season, if true well done City for alienating your core support.

Perhaps they might widen the criteria later but I agree with you. It does not make sense from a revenue point of view, as it will reduce City's matchday revenue. City are complacent.
