I have to say that was one of our finest moments. A season where we haven't really clicked, and a very real danger of going without a trophy again, a week where we were dumped out of Europe and up against a team hunting for the quadruple.

We outplayed them, we outclassed them and we schooled them on what top class football can look like. Way more direct and agressive than we've been for much of the season, better balanced, better organised and totally fired up.

Very proud this evening, and if this is Pep's last season, then it was yet another one with silverware to add to his long long list.

It won’t be but agree, incredible performance from every single one of our boys

Can’t stand him personally.

He's an ex Arsenal player and fan. At one time I thought he was a bit of a joke as he seemed to be on for the 'bants' think hes generally fine now.
Other than the fact that I don't really like TV's habit of having players wearing their partisan hearts on their sleeves when doing 'analysis' I reckon Wright seems one of the good guys..

So our uninvited team mates for this game lost all sense of decorum and stability over our wonderfull win.

Full time and a Tarquin presented me with a Haven Holidays four pint pitcher jug and said to enjoy your plastic win.
I warmly accepted and commenced to embrace said cup followed by 10 verses of City Tearing Cockneys Apart Again.

He continued hostilIaries so I said make sure you win the league fat lad (circa 20 stone pissed wet through) and not to repeat the previous bottlement of years gone bye.

He remained semi- aggresive, then I got reprimands of t'other half for calling him a fat lad.

Anyway upon leaving I held said plastic pitcher aloft and sung I Never Felt More Like Singing The Blues. In my opinion an absolute pleasure of an exit strategy and although I felt his pain, I wallowed upon it, and will continue to wallow upon it for days to come: That is all.
