I absolutely agree with you 100%.I never trust the UEFA fuckers we’d top the champions league group stage with Madrid second and somehow they’d fiddle it for us to meet in the round of 16 ..
Everything about that vile club is a fucking myth from the piped in atmosphere, to those 'special' nights at klanfield, to their 'glorious' istree, to their murderous scumbag fan base characterised as 'cheeky' scousers by a dipper press which is worse than pravda. Its a fucking front for a club full of cheating gobshites followed by scum.Myth of a fan base.
I posted before that it's an absolute peach of a quiz question. But, but it won't ever be used because it involves humiliation of Liverpool, because after all aren't they everyone's favourite second team by virtue of their 'knowledgeable and most sportsmanlike' fans....??? :-)It must be some sort of record for a player to be on the winning team in five games in one season against a single opponent, as Marc has been this term against Littlewoods.
It was. I allowed myself to 'breathe and believe ' at 3-0. Also very pleasing to be blessed with a gk who can save penalties.A delightful reminder of how and what we used to do against every team for nigh on a decade.
Such a lovely feeling when you can just sit back and watch the show.
Back when @oakiecokie was about to his O levels.Prior to that...Clapham Rovers with 17 in the late 1870s.
I'm here all day.
Not a bad time to play Arsenal if they are in the CL semis. We always lost to them when we played CL games. What an absolutely magnificent performance from all of them.
I’m not just talking about the way we played from about the 20-minute mark, but throughout the whole game, as we defended brilliantly in the early stages, when Littlewoods were dominating possession. Abdu, especially for that double challenge on the falling pharaoh. How he got up from the initial tackle and made the second one was amazing.
But once we started to move up through the attacking gears from about 20 minutes, there was only going to be one winner.
A clearer penalty you will be hard-pressed to witness, despite van Dijkhead's claims. And didn’t the big Norwegian take it well? Almost Mario-like, in the way he waited for the Georgian to move, before slotting it in the opposite corner. Erling’s movement for the second and third was outstanding. His header for the second was fitting complement to the wonderful cross from Antoine. And the little stop completely lost VvD for his third.
The finish from our #42 was sublime and a joy to watch.
Any of the other teams in the semis, apart from cheating Arsenal, please, as they’ve beaten us the last twice we’ve met them at that stage.
How can Pep even think about leaving this bunch of players at this time. They could do amazing things in the next five years?
Newcastle fans would have had a field day looking at that
Finals are exemptDoes anyone know why Pep’s touchline ban applies for league and FA Cup games but not League Cup ones?
Seems a bit weird.
