Just wondered what blues would have as their all time first XI

Mine would be:

Trautmann

Zabaleta......Kompany....Doyle....Pardoe

Lee...Lake....Bell....Silva

Tueart....Aguero

I'm sure there will be some debate as who should be in and out here.

Some side that. It's all about a opinions but despite all the nonsense this Summer from Yaya and how much of a blue Lakey is Yaya has to walk into an all time City side ahead of him.

On actual football talent I'd go for.....

...............Swift.................
Zab...Komps...Watson...Pearce
Silva.....Bell......Yaya.....Kinky
.........Francis.....Aguero........

Subs: Lake, Doyle, Tueart, Deyna, Anelka, Trautmann.

If it's on players I've seen play:

Hart
Zabaleta Kompany Watson Kolarov (cant think of any better, maybe Hinchcliffe)
Tueart Bell Yaya Silva
Aguero Tevez

Manager Mancini

From players I have seen, though they were not all at their best at City.

Schmeichel
Zabaleta Kompany Watson Pearce
Silva Yaya Deyna Barnes
Francis Aguero

While I've been alive:

Hart (11/12)
Zabaleta (12/13) - Kompany (11/12) - Lescott (11/12) - Clichy (11/12)
Yaya Toure (13/14) - Fernandinho (13/14)
Wright-Phillips (04/05) - Tevez (09/10) - Silva (11/12)
Aguero (13/14)

Subs: James (03/04), Richards (11/12), Dunne (04/05), Barry (11/12), Benarbia (01/02), Anelka (03/04), Goater (01/02)

Before the takeover:

Schmeichel
Zabaleta - Kompany - Distin - Pearce
Barton - De Jong
Wright-Phillips - Benarbia - Elano
Anelka

Weaver, Richards, Dunne, Berkovic, Johnson, Huckerby, Goater,

I can never see the point in trying to pick the best so I'm just going to take the easy option and pick my favourites from the ones I have seen live.

Joe ( not bothered which one)

Zabaleta
Dunne
Watson
Donachie - and he really is clinging on by the skin of his teeth now from Kolorov !

Asa Hartford
Super Kevin Horlock

Kinkladze
Bell
Tueart

Goater

GK- Bert Trautmann
LB- Glyn Pardoe
CB- Mike Doyle
CB- Vincent Kompany
RB- Kyle Walker
CM- David Silva
CDM- Rodri
CM- Colin Bell
CAM- Kevin De Bruyne
ST- Peter Doherty
ST- Sergio Aguero

Substitutes- Frank Swift, Ruben Dias, Tony Book, Yaya Toure, Bernardo Silva, Francis Lee, Billy Meredith

Head Coach: Pep Guardiola
General Manager- Joe Mercer

Interesting that nobody seems to have gone for Haaland but nearly everyone's got Zabaleta. Nobody loved him more than me, but sentiment aside, I doubt he'd get near the current side, let alone in an all time one.

The last post before was from 2014 that’s probably why haha.

For me, with all sentimentality aside:

Ederson

Walker Kompany Stones Ake*

D Silva KDB Rodri

Bernardo Aguero Sterling

Honourable mentions: Ferna, Hart, Haaland, Gundo, Yaya, Phil

*Really struggling with left backs and I don’t think we’ve been as blessed in this position so I might say Ake for his wonderful treble season.

A team of my favourite players might look a bit different and would definitely include Shauny Wright, Phil and Zabba.

Oh right, that might go part way to explaining why Haaland didn't make the cut then, with him been about 13 years old at the time.

We've had some fantastic players over the the last 30 years, I'd say of the leftbacks I've seen in my time that Cancelo was absolutely top drawer, although Nathan has been so defensively astute for us, particularly in that treble season.
