Will we win the league this season? No

The simplest points are the best. Form is very important. City are playing our best football of the season, whilst Arsenal are collapsing. We should be careful though as form and momentum can change.
But spots on a leopard don’t and Arsenal under Arteta have always been bottlers

Arsenal still being in the champion league could be a blessing in disguise for us especially if they have a brutal semi final against Athletico Madrid.
Still can't see us winning every game ourselves though.
If we defeat arsenal who do you see us dropping points to?

I think we will do it, unfortunately I think if we do, it will cement Pep's decision to leave on a high. He didn't leave when scheduled as he didn't want to leave us in the shit on a downward spiral, getting us back to champions could be enough for him to feel job compete.
Guardiola's job will be incomplete if he leaves City before winning another Champions League title..

We're finding a bit of form now just at the right time and Arsenal are slipping. I just hope we can make sure that we keep the pressure on them as - like yesterday showed - games that look 'easy' on paper aren't once you HAVE to win it.

Arsenal won't want to play us next week, but we will want to play them. Psychologically that is huge. Arsenal might be tempted to come for the draw though and just hope that they can win enough games from then on to do it - not a bad tactic in itself, but I suspect that will be their undoing. However, hardly anyone is talking about what happens if Arsenal win.

I still think there's a few more twists and turns in this season though if I'm honest, but the momentum is with us and just at the right time!

We have probably the same amount of games till the last day of the PL season, assuming arsenal and ourselves progress in the CL and FA cup respectively.
Well have 2 FA cup matches and they'll have 3 CL.
We have 1 more PL league match than them

If they reach the CL final, that match will be after the FA cup and PL final march day.

Hmm we might still have a chance
Quoting a post from a month ago, when the trajectories of both clubs were significantly different to what they are now. Well done. Hindsight is brilliant, isn't it? I trust you'll be doing something similar to other posters who dared to offer an opinion that had the temerity to put forward an opinion that dared to differ from yours. I wait with bated breath.

Any of them! But maybe Everton or Villa.
Evertons home record is abysmal and Villa might have a Europa league final they will be focusing on. Regardless do you think Emery is going to want to do Arsenal any favours after the way he was treated during his time there? He probably despises them more than any other manager in the league

What position does Emery play? Come on they're professionals and could be fighting for a top 4 place.

All I’m doing is making a point about how you were overreacting in the heat of the moment
