Maybe it's me, but there's a clear difference between banter/ having fun and arrogance.

At no point have I seen the majority of City fans gurning on screen that we'll 'smash everyone in the league' like these f'kin Gooners have over the last few months, so to put it in their faces would be great!

All this petticoat clutching "just in case" has f'k all to do with the spirit of being a City fan.

The banter is f'kin great!! I hope everyone brings bottles!!

I thought it was great. Like you I pissed myself laughing.
If you stick your neck out in life and it goes tits up you're always gonna get it back - I suspect he wouldn't give much of a fuck. If you give it out - you have to be able to take it. Im guessing he can take it.
After all the shit our club has had thrown at it with the cheats stuff and the BS charges etc - who cares about a bit of flak over a plastic bottle.
 
I doubt he gives a fuck, i mean he changed his clothes when foden came on and i doubt he is on social media whining and probably woukd find it funny if he became a 'meme' so why should you
 
I didn’t like seeing that at all yesterday. Very premature… and it doesn’t really suit us, we’re not usually like that before the fact. We’ve always been the masters of keeping our powder dry and not busting our nut too early.

He has been a match going Blue home and away for decades, he’s entitled to piss about, he’s a great lad
 
Yep it's banter but I think he's just written Arsenal's pre match speech, bit of a dic* on this occasion, in my opinion. He regularly contributes to Ian Chesseman's vlog and usually says sensible and sound stuff but he's scored us an OG here!
