They've made a few further changes at their end now, but have asked that anyone still experiencing problems to clear all cookies for Bluemoon. If the problem persists then drop me a PM so I can get more details to troubleshoot further.

Hi, I had the accept/reject pop up for a while. Just did the clear cookies/site data thing.
Re-logged in. Still doing it
Window 10 PC on Chrome browser.

Are you guys sure you're clearing all of your cookies for all time or if just clearing BM cookies, that you're getting all of them?

I did a full clear on Wednesday but was still getting it for the rest of the day, I've not seen it since I logged in on Thursday morning.

No idea just what Ric said that they are working on it! Doesn’t bother me now when I know it will keep popping up, I just press reject all it’s done in 1 second..

Same for me, on both chrome for android and PC. Tried clearing cookies on both, and logging back in, no luck.

Yeah that doesn’t work just except that it will pop up easy enough to close it

The only reason this could be happening is if the cookie isn't being set properly. Seems to only be affecting a small minority of users, so it's difficult trying to work out exactly what is causing it.

Can I just check if people are actually deleting their cookies, or just clearing their cache, as they're not technically the same thing.

If you have definitely deleted cookies for Bluemoon, can you try visiting the home page of the main site (https://bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/), and then visit the forum and see if the problem persists. It will pop up both times, but hopefully not again after that.

If it still does, can you try using a different browser or different device and let me know by PM if you're still having problems. Apologies again, realise this is a pain in the arse for those affected.

It does it for me about 15-20% of the time, every five or six times I click to read a different thread it appears again. There appears to be no pattern to it just seems to randomly happen. That is on Google Chrome. I tried it on Mozilla Firefox and not once in the last 12 hours has it done it. I enabled the same extensions on both browsers and before trying it I wiped cache, cookies, site settings, history etc. for every website.

I’ve done this cleared the lot 3 times now it does nothing keeps popping up! Am on opera!
