Flexi Gold season ticket

Last year it was fairly good. This year, the comms has been awful at times

I've had no emails about it since september. I'm going to try and move to a normal gold or platinum next season. Way to much effort with this flexi. No communiaction about the reservation dates what so ever

Received an e-mail this morning about the window being open... and bought the ticket soon after that.

I could choose to upload my mobile pass or to be sent a download link by e-mail. Opted for the first option, but I reckon it's the first time for Premier League matches I could receive a link? Could be mistaken, though.

Emails have been hit and miss, as has the website.

I complained to the club that the Fulham window, my ticket wasn't showing when I usually sort it out (Tuesday afternoon), forgot the rest of the week and then got nowhere with my enquiry. So that cost me £20 extra.

Mine not showing in wallet either. They said it should update this week.

Similarly, this is the first time mine hasn't updated after the last match, but when i called them, they said not to worry until Wednesday or Thursday.
