Not going semi. My lad is ok about it but a,little gutted. We've got Everton away so that's made up for it.
Hard choice as I have probably missed 2 out of the 30 odd is it??
I will be at the final but as a cup scheme member will probably get 1st choice.
I actually agree that people maybe should be awarded for going to this one but the club will just alienate a lot of cup scheme members.
Will be at the final if we get there.

Think your right might try getting my son to delete my mate from his friends list then reinstate as a first option
Your right about the money mark ups etc but to be honest we tried everything to avoid doing it that way earlier in the season got to the point of get the ticket at all costs to be fair this is only the third match my lad couldn’t go and my mate could and needed the ticket

If a supporter is on a cup scheme and chooses not to go, what happens, do you just take the financial hit, or is it like league games where you can allocate it back to the club and you get some money back to cover your direct debit, or re-allocate it to someone on your friends & family list?

Off the back of that, and it’s not really about your post mate, but more generally with those cup schemes does the club do similar as they do with season tickets, does anyone know? In other words, now with season cards I think if they aren’t used for a certain percentage of games they are at risk re renewal (?), but does the same things apply re cup schemes - as in, if they aren’t actually attended by the person named for a certain number/percent of cup games in a season, is the supporter still eligible to go on the scheme the following season?
 
Why do we do this to ourselves every season. We big up the rags and dippers saying they’ve got huge support and we haven't, that they'd fill the place 5 times over.

No club, absolutely no club would sell this out if theyd been 30 times in 16? Years. No disrespect to Southampton but it's Southampton. Its likely to be 3 trips to Wembley this season alone. We have been to the shithole so many times before it's not new, fun, a one off, anything except yet another semi final at an over priced shithole.

If the rags and dips had been half as many times as us they'd struggle to sell this out.

Agree, remember queueing for hours ,first at Maine Road for Gillingham and for the Rags in 2011 around the inside of the Ethiad. The novelty and interest was off the scale, thirty times later the enthusiam trailing to and getting home from Wembley is understandably diminished.
Good look to the Lads and supporters and hope its a good day.

The problem is how the club has been almost openly hostile to local support post lockdown with pricing and ticketing policies.
You can have all the local support you want, the problem is getting them in the ground affordably

I think Utd will always be the bigger fanbase here (I'm M19).
We seem to have definitely got more blue kids than I can ever remember & my friends who are teachers confirm the pattern. But it seems 50/50 at best to me....and they are still actual kids. It's gonna take another 10 years for them.

At my work, overwhelmingly the lads in the their early 20's & 30's are reds, though very few match going. Though we clearly have more ST & regular away fans at work.....450 workforce in city centre.....(we're just all old.....& all been to Wembley a lot).

How many have we actually sold..not had update for a while..this is the seatcounter thread..come on thats what you guys are meant to be keeping up ro date..lol
