City Kits - 2026/27

Yeah, exactly.

They look great on Pep, but why would anyone else want to wear them.
Younger people might ,don't see why not and to be honest if they wear it out and about most people wouldn't know what it was.Just think it looks smart or not, think on me not, on my son it would look pretty good.

Is it just me that’s starting to miss the eagle badge?

It amazes me how many grown men wear republica kits and club gear. I know a good few on here will do it but I’ve not owned a shirt or anything City stuff since I was a teenager

Why does it amaze you? Between City and the various European stadiums I've been to I've seen people wearing shirts into their old age at games. People like to wear their club colours.

No. It just didn't seem 'City' at all. Like Lazio or something. But I guess it depends on what era people started supporting the club. That will define what someone thinks is proper City, or not.
I prefer the badge before and the badge after but I liked the eagle badge tbf.

Still find it a little funny that the three stars on the badge meant absolutely nothing.

Just a personal view, I can’t get my head around it. I know plenty of people do it and I’ve got mates who wear club colours at games, I used to but stopped when I reached my 20s.

Ha! Yeah that was funny. I just thought the eagle was preposterous and pretentious and badly rendered in a tacky yellow colour.

Yeah, that will always be the proper City badge for me. I hated the eagle badge. I remember seeing it for the first time: It was a real "WTF!?" moment. For me anyway.
I was a kid when the eagle came in, I just about remember a time before it but I still don’t like it.

Fair enough, for me it's just one of those things that carried over from childhood. I always got City shirts as a birthday gift due to having a birthday at the start of the season.
