Right back options

Think I’d rather us get Kayode as has prem experience and hasn’t been injured for 3 months.

That said a lot of people still raving about Read so he’s a good prospect, just think Kayode could come and play immediately.

Depends if Kayode is happy to be a back up for a couple of years mate?
 
Palestra is who we should look at from Cagliari, on loan from Atalanta. Not sure why he wasn't starting wing back for Italy in the qualifiers. Be surprised if he doesn't end up somewhere like Inter though and stay in Italy.

I haven't watched any Italian matches this season, but I heard about him on social media. He's 21, comfortable with both feet, plays with his head held high, and is very technically gifted... Does he play right-back in a back four or five?

He seems impressive offensively, almost better than all our wingers -;)

On quite a few of those clips he seems to be playing on the left, so maybe can play both sides.

Looks decent but perhaps more of a wing back.

I think we are ok at LB now. Need more of a back-up RB. Not sure that a young player with a lot of potential would want to come and be a back-up though.

Anyway, looks a decent option if he fits one of our needs.

He’s primarily a right back mate anyway

Defensively he has every aspect to be a top full back....

But can he develop the attacking quality needed?

We have already seen his game come on leaps and bounds - in particular his passing so possibly he could

But is he a better centre half and what the club actually need to go and do is buy a specialist right back to at least challenge Nunes?

Just keep him at CB please. Zero offensive output. If he works as CB why switching him to RB? Don’t get this obsession

Yes
Been watching this lad
He does play both sides and is rapid as well as physically imposing
Brilliant player and v young
Would be a bargain compared to Livramento who is super injury prone
