Looks like it still has the price tag on it! Maybe they had to buy another one with all the injuries.

If written off Josko until next season to be honest, but Pep seemed to suggest in his press conference that he could be back in 2-3 months? Or is that just until he gets back onto a football pitch?
Yeah strange one. Although Isak broke his leg and is expected back soon so maybe it is only 2 months.

I'm hoping he’ll be fully fit and firing by August, especially since England and Portugal (Dias , Guehi) will likely go deep into the tournament, meaning they’ll be late back for pre-season. They’ll probably be given an extended break, so it wouldn't be a bad shout to rely on Gvardiol and Khusanov for the first few fixtures after the summer

We really miss him in my opinion. Despite signing Guehi.

That and the timing of Nico G’s injury and Dias for that matter.

Think we’d have more points on the board if they’d all not got injured at the same time, we had that stability. All went downhill from that Chelsea result

I have a feeling we’d be a couple of points better off if this dude was fit. He helped us with some crucial goals in the 23/24 run in. We have missed those in some recent games.

I think when he's back.. he'll be LB or midfield where he's got more offensive production.

Seems wasted at CB.

Ok for an emergency fill in but definitely better going forward.

Missed him at W Ham. Adds a lot in attack, especially at set pieces. 15 corners yesterday and nothing... Hard to replace.

I was just talking about this on the RM post. I have seen a lot of posts wondering how he’ll win his place back and how he isn’t a starter next year (due to skill not recovery). But seems to me he offers a fair amount in areas we are lacking - bringing the ball forward, on the corners, etc. He always seemed to be looking for Halaand too.

More assists to Haaland than most of our midfielders.

Going forward he's better than any of our CBs.

We've missed him like mad. Our best form came with him and Dias at the back. We've not really been the same without him. Long-term it may have been a blessing in disguise because it meant we went out and got Guehi, but still.

He or Stones change the side, they both take it up a couple of notches. Their passing through the lines and being able to seamlessly transition into midfield makes us so much better.

What update are you hoping for? He's still injured. His focus is making the world cup, consider his season done.

He's likely to make the match group for the last 2-3 games. Whether he will play some minutes is anyone's guess. Maybe if we need goals he may be subbed on, as he's our biggest threat from corners. Or if we have won the title before the last game.
