Declared at close?
Yep, bad light stopped play so we declared, so I understand. Some rain forecast tomorrow afternoon, so is a draw most likely here, with some bonus points into the bargain?Declared at close?
Thanks ever so much for starting this thread pal, superb stuff. Saves me wading through all the England stuff on the main thread, when I can just come here instead all summer :-)In a great position to win their second game of the season

Actually, I didn’t start itThanks ever so much for starting this thread pal, superb stuff. Saves me wading through all the England stuff on the main thread, when I can just come here instead all summer :-)
100%Actually, I didn’t start it
It was a thread from 2021 that I bumped for this season and @cleavers cut all the old stuff out
But, yes, Lancs should have its own thread away from the general cricket thread
Exactly what I thought, I've rather lost interest in England, but still want to follow Lancs (despite the oft rubbish served up).Actually, I didn’t start it

Lancs under Sir Jimmy not serving up the old rubbish.Exactly what I thought, I've rather lost interest in England, but still want to follow Lancs (despite the oft rubbish served up).
The more general thread is still there for other stuff by the way.
Two b2b home County championship games coming up in early/mid May which I’m really looking forward to. Do well there and we could be in a really strong position to seal the deal in September.Lancs under Sir Jimmy not serving up the old rubbish.
Lancashire declared as soon as Coughlin got his 100, him and Jimmy then walked straight off but it was already gloomy even with the lights on, so I wasn't surprised that they didn't come back out.Yep, bad light stopped play so we declared, so I understand. They are at times sadly, having got in a good position, they were 72-6 today at one point, currently relying too much on the odd great performance.Lancs under Sir Jimmy not serving up the old rubbish.
Batting wasn't great either bar a couple of scores. Same as last summer by the looks of things. That is a pasting, evident that our bowling attack is poor again
