Does all time mean PL times.

Couldnt really trust figures claiming to be All time. 30s, 40s 50s 60s they ran out of fingers counting.

In there posistion are you suprised

As for the empty seats lark who fooking cares if other teams where getting there year after year the crowds whould do hevsame unless your a glory hunting club.

I know its on a difrerent level but we played Notts C in 1996 they only took 8k but when asked why the numbers where poor he told me that had been 4 times in the last 6 years so the novelty hsd simply wore off.

Btw the bigger issue is why a semi final is still being held at Wembley when there plenty of other decent ground to cope with it .............really does to a lot of shine and basically rip people of at the same time.
It’s both cost and the effort travelling.

It might sound spoilt but we will have averaged 2.4 Wembley trips per season under Pep over 10 years.

It’s completely unprecedented. It’s never happened to another club in history.

No southern club would get remotely close to the numbers we have taken to Wembley, under the same circumstances, if all semi finals were at the Etihad or Old Trafford.

Rather than the piss taking by plastic cunts who never step foot in football stadia and that twat journalist who wants a slap, I’m actually proud of the numbers we routinely take all over the place.

95,000+ tickets will be bought at Wembley by City fans this season alone.

It was 75,000 last season, 100,000+ the year before, 100,000 the year before that.

It’s actually insane numbers when you think about it.

Where has that come from?
Can’t recall Chelsea or Everton having a higher attendance than us for many seasons in living memory

Well that was a waste of electricity for my TV because SkySports were asking coke-addled, living in a car, Paul Merson for his predictions for the run-in games for both City and Arsenal. And surprise, surprise his predictions meant Arsenal would finish 4 points off better than City! Who would have guessed? This from the same ‘Merse’who said 2 weeks ago “ City are not a good team” and “ I think Chelsea will beat City tomorrow at Stamford Bridge”. Result Chelsea 0 City 3. I have to say his agent who gives him this gig is playing a blinder cause he is fucking brain dead.

That looks to me like a table that's been doing the rounds for several years and has been updated from time to time. I remember something very similar being reproduced on a Newcastle fan site a while back.

If it is that one, then Gary James said on here when it was previously quoted that it's based on figures which aren't totally reliable. I think he argued that our figures were understated for many more distant seasons and our true position was probably a couple of places higher up.

Not to mention my namesake fiddling the attendances for years

Agree with Swales and cash through the gates but we will never know! Irrespective of the true figures my man in point is Man City have a top ten average gets of all time! Now I know it’s banter but outside this country some fans believe we have no fans! At moment we are the fourth best team trophy wise am not counting that friendly shield! Oh we win the treble we go 3rd.

As said, Chelsea Leeds Everton never approached our crowds in my lifetime apart from maybe one off seasons, and I’m 56!

No one can know for sure, but very few people have the credentials that Gary James does to offer a view. That's why I mentioned what he'd said.
