I doubt he knows what the BNP is, and it is obvious he isn't in great shape and probably the supporting the troops he was latching on too. That is it, one tiny poster, and you can infer from the way he presents himself he is prone to an aberration or accident, and is a vulnerable old man. I can understand why it pissed you off.

I have mates who say things I don’t like, comments which aren’t anything like my principles, we probably all do, but when I hear it I just ignore it cos they are my mates, but mates who have very different views to me, it’s part of life. I’m not sure what Pete has been accused of, I can glean from the posts that he’s been pictured with some material I would find offensive, if so he’s got radically different ideals to me - I can live with that whilst hating the views that MAY have been inferred. But above all he is a frail and injured City fan in his 80’s, a man who has dressed as a Blue into his old age, a full on dress sense that will inevitably have caused him huge amounts of abuse from cunts supporting other clubs. IF he has an offensive picture then I can hate the picture, but he isn’t the only person I know with views I find offensive, IF Pete has fucked up (and I’ve not seen any proof of this) turn the other cheek and wish him well - you’ve all got mates with views you find offensive, and they are still your mates. Let’s stop discussing a frail old Blue’s misjudgement in here ffs. Get well soon Pete, I never met you but I respect your Blueness

We all make small errors of judgement @ gordandaviesmoustache had his South Coast dalliance with Karen7 , but it wasnt offensive. I cannot visualise Pete the Blue causing physical mayhem on the streets of Milton Keynes, more likely he believed his sticker was a memento from Nottingham Forest Away.

I remember this happening. Here's the Getty Images file of it. Don't think it was in a video done by the club, I think it was in association with Paddy Power or something similar. It was part of a campaign with fans of loads of clubs, from memory.

Just wanted to add, not really got an opinion on some random bloke having opinions one way or the other. I'll never know why he put a BNP flyer on his wall. But I definitely remember when Pete the Badge having a BNP poster in his City room did the rounds a few years ago.
