That's where this season's title was lost imo.. and it's been compounded by a few other things.

Don’t know, but that equaliser has given us hope. Will be a lot clearer on Saturday night. If we win, and win by 2 or 3 I think Arsenal may twitch. West Ham are poor, but they know they cant lose, and Spurs playing on Monday means they’re not reacting to a result - they have to do something.

Other variables at play - Palace, Villa and Arsenal could be in Euro finals and all that will be clear this week. So not done and dusted.

The other thing that’s given me hope - just got back from walking my dog. Walked by a pickleball court and one of the blokes playing was wearing an Arsenal shirt - an old Dreamcast one. Unusual here and with Arsenal playing yesterday, no real reason other than he was a bit excited and giddy and it made me think. He thinks it’s done and if he thinks it’s done, a load of Arse supporters will think the same. That’s dangerous; if we beat Brentford, their giddiness will turn to anxiety on Sunday afternoon. A big mood swing. We still have hope.

Never expected us to win it even though remarkably we’ve made a fight if it as we are work in progress and are not ready as fir one our centre back pairing is still young and learning as his Gigi coming into another league and now realising it’s a lot diff to Europe . If it wasn’t for Arsenal fucking yo we should have been buried . As for pep well I think he has one more season on his contract and no one knows what he’s gonna do and that must be confusing But what we need to di gets this centre sorted because without Rodri we crumble and Nico and tigj are not the answer but I don’t get why alt Nouri didn’t play left back and Nico I Reilly didn’t shore the midfield up . As for the season the ride has been good but its not disappointing as 1 cup and a potential fa cup and second is a cracking season for a young upcoming team .

Arsenal play in London on Sunday in what will be a bear-pit of 60,000 Hammers. West Ham may freeze, but they may put up a fight. It's not over yet. Win our remaining games, and we can take it to the final day.
