Any other Flexi members not getting the mobile pass option for Palace when they purchase their ticket? Only getting the mobile ticket option. It has been pass all season

Same, and i've received an email to download the ticket which has not happened all season. Ours too and I’m trying to transfer my son’s to my mates son. Because if you have attened 16 games you have earned back you deposit so the price goes back to the origional 1-19th (i think)Anyone else's come up more expensive for the Palace game?
