You can’t expect Anderson to shine and make a difference when the other 10 Forest players were just as poor or even worse. Let’s get some perspective. Villa totally dominated the match for 90 minutes.

I haven't commented on Anderson at all, because frankly I haven't seen him play much, or paid much attention when he is playing, but remember he was a bit part player at Newcastle, making this effectively only his 2nd season as a regular first team player.

In midfield terms he's still young, inexperienced and will have set-backs like it sounds like he did in this game.
