Didn't Farage and his mates cause an increase in immigration with the Brexit mess then make a load of money out of it? Then people who don't realise what they are doing vote for them to stop immigration when it is the last thing they would do.

Voting to ditch your industrial and foreign policy overnight with no idea with what to replace it with - now that’s ripping up the status quo. Ten years on and six Prime Ministers later - hell we may make it seven before the ten year anniversary - it’s been almost Shakespearian in a tragicomic way.

Our fate it seems is to become Italy without the weather or the food.

There was news last week on mainstream media of trading standard officers getting punched, spat on, shown a knife and one followed to her home and had her life threatened. She was crying on the BBC because she and her family were having to leave their home. Video showed the scale of the problem.

But yeah it was probably nothing and who is gonna believe trading standard officers and video of shops being raided on BBC breakfast.

Oh you're talking about the EU? I'm glad you are admitting it wasn't just a trading block but was part of the status quo that has let people down.
Thank god the huge growth in Germany shows us our folly and the remainers who have been running the country since Johnson left have sorted it.
If in doubt blame Brexit.

No the increase in immigration was caused by government immigration policy, that is and always will be the cause of the rate of immigration.
Its why its called an immigration policy.

I see your Germany and raise you Poland. There are nigh on 30 odd countries to choose from so we can play top trumps all day if you like. And check out the recent polling on who is currently feeling let down with Brexit being cited as contributing to our problems, not solving them.

Johnson was replaced by that mad woman Truss. She could bankrupt a Vegas casino in a week. Took her four weeks to screw the country. Mind you, if we had remained in the EU she would never had a sniff at power. Another black mark in the Brexit column. The hits just keep coming. Ah well, keep your chin up.

Yes. It was the ‘Brexit wave’ which Farage rebranded as the ‘Boris wave’ to avoid embarrassment.

The new left have lost the plot. Their shouty ‘you’re a racist’ bollocks doesn’t mean anything anymore. It’s like listening to opposition fans when they come out with the ‘115’ shit or Rags calling us ‘Barry Bennell Blues’. It’s ill-thought-through, if thought through at all, scattergun, lazy and people have either had enough of hearing it or find it pathetic so don’t listen.

This means the new left have lost the ear of many people they’d be able to bring into the left political sphere if they just shut the fuck up for a minute and take on board peoples’ concerns.

A lot of normal people have many left wing views (especially around the economy and public services), a lot of the normal population are the old left, but just because many of these people are also concerned about immigration and what their communities and the country are negatively becoming because of the nature of current immigration, they get called racist for it. This bollocks just doesn’t wash with people anymore. It’s spouted so often that it’s pushed people away from left wing politics, either to right wing populism or just pushed them away from polticis full stop so they’ve stopped voting (more people don’t vote at all than do vote for any political party).

If the new left actually listened and conversed in a way that engaged people into left wing politics, the left would win every election going. But they’ve got no idea how to do that.

They think trying to embarrass people away from things they disagree with by shouting ‘you’re a racist’ ‘you’re wrong’ ’you’re thick’ at them or trying to embarrass them by showing the biggest idiots going on social media videos and saying ‘this one of your lot?’, is somehow going to engage them into their worldview. But normal people just find it pathetic and look elsewhere.

Poland as you are aware along with other eastern European countries cannot compare in their development unlike Germany and France. Glad your posting a right wing led country who are strong on immigration controls though, score :-)

Liz Truss as you say lasted 2 mins, remainers are in charge of the country and have been for a while. You had almost half the country to start, you now have remainers in charge and apparently loads of brexit voters are remorseful. Yet your party wont commit to rejoining.
Leave it to the politicians you all said, its too complicated for mere mortals, adults in charge etc..... cuckoo.

Why you all didnt vote Lib Dems is beyond me, you blame it for everything but all remsiners didnt put in the party who wanted back in, would have been a landslide.

Still never hear any fucker outside of this forum mention Brexit so much, not even close.

Anyhow maybe your border less world will take off and anyone can just wander in.
