I would imagine Reijnders is tasked with playing a bit deeper than usual, which is what I thought he should be doing from the moment he joined. We will see.

Ultimately we need a big fucking win to make up goal difference and put the pressure on and looks like Pep is trying to make that happen with this side.

That team concerns me. Defence without Khusanov terrifies me because we'll still play the high line regardless of how slow it is. Midfield is non-existant, just play Nico or kovacic, Reijnders is a 10 or nothing, feels like 1 too many attackers and asking to be overrun in midfield. Please prove me wrong Pep.

The only positive is that we will win more aerial duels at the back with Ake in there. In midfield we won’t win a single aerial duel.
